As Shawcor worked to bring more consistency to its collaboration environment, the Projects Site Governance Plan established a practical model for a shared Project Center and its supporting project sites.

My role

I designed the Project Center experience and business processes, created wireframes, developed the metadata schema, and recommended governance practices for adoption and operation.
