Shawcor is a global energy services company specializing in products and services for the pipeline, pipe services, petrochemical and and industrial segments of the oil and gas industry. The company operates under nine (9) divisions across fifteen (15) countries in the world.
Shawcor’s environment was silo’d for each division of the company, each managing their own environments. The project included centralizing all their content as well as standardizing their collaboration and document management environment to SharePoint 2010, creating a governance plan for the new environment as well as business process automation to support the governance plan.
