- Localization feature activated for regions that require multi-language support
- Dynamic contact us page that automatically routes customer messages to the correct department
- Support for easy maintenance of pricing changes for each region as well as handling for promo code support
Project Responsibilities:
- Created storyboards for website useability
- Facilitated all requirement sessions with the stakeholders
- Gathered requirements for website features
- Defined an authoring process to support content updates on the website
- Consolidated requirements into a requirements document used by developers to build the website
- Wrote the style guide used for all web elements, based off of the print brand guidelines
